Have you ever dreamt of being cast away on an exotic private island? Introducing Turtle Island. Drink champagne by the bottle, dine at secluded locations, relax on your own private beach, and never sign a bill. Home to 500 acres and just 14 couples at a time, it’s no wonder why Turtle Island is one of the most sought after destinations in the world for romance and relaxation.
Your home on Turtle Island is one of 14 beachfront villas or “Bures”. Constructed from island-grown hardwoods and stocked with your favorite snacks and beverages, our accommodations are truly made for romance. Private, spacious, open and airy, while gentle winds carry the intoxicating scent of tropical blossoms through the breezy interiors, you’ll feel as though you’re the only couple on the island. Your traditional Fijian Bure is accompanied by a “Bure Mama,” whose sole purpose is to take care of you during your stay. From baking fresh brownies and daily laundry service to arranging your romantic private dine-out and private beach picnics, your Mama is there to fulfill your every desire.
The dining experience on Turtle Island is truly unique. Every night there is a dinner party held at several secluded locations around the island. For those that wish to have additional privacy, private dine-out locations can be reserved for two. Enjoy the unlimited supply of champagne, fine wines, spirits and cool tropical cocktails as you are served sumptuous cuisine under the stars and lantern light. Turtle Island’s cuisine is regarded as “Pacific-Fresh.” Five-acre gardens produce a bounty of home grown fruits and vegetables while fish and seafood are caught fresh from the sea daily.
There are plenty of activities to keep you busy during your time in paradise, so you can choose to do as little or as much as you like. How you spend your time on Turtle Island is completely up to you. Go on an adventure packed scuba dive or snorkeling excursion by boat or relax on your private beach. Kayak along the Blue Lagoon in the morning and indulge in an afternoon spa treatment or visit a Fijian village on a neighboring island and spend the rest of the day relaxing on your daybed or swaying in a hammock… the options are endless.
