Our staff consists of trained, knowledgeable sales consultants who take part in product knowledge classes regularly in order to stay updated on the products we sell. They learn about new technology, the importance of and distinction between finishes, and ever-changing styles. Clients are welcome to attend or request classes on any product or technological matter that interests them.

Since building relationships is of utmost importance when it comes to creating living spaces for clients, customer service is a prominent practice among our sales consultants. They apply their knowledge and experience in the industry to teaching clients what they need and want to know, which makes bathroom and kitchen product selection as smooth a process as possible.

“WinBath and Kitchen (The Showroom)” is managed by Lorena Garcia who has many years of training in the Showroom industry. Assisting Lorena is Wendy Summa and Amira Cook, both of whom have a lot of expertise in this industry.

The President of the Company, Greg Goatcher has over thirty year’s worth of experience in the plumbing industry. Greg lives in Grand Terrace and is active in the community as well as active in the plumbing industry. He is currently the President of the Pacific Southwest Distributors Association (PSDA). This association brings together members of the plumbing industry from Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California.

In 2003, Greg along with Lorena felt there was a need for an upscale showroom in the Inland Empire. Many manufactures were skeptical of the endeavor saying that it would not be successful as there were not enough people looking to upgrade their kitchens or baths to support a showroom. Nine years later, “WinBath and Kitchen (The Showroom)” is still going strong.
